This unit comes with the 8 HP OHV Honda engine to fill the commercial needs and makes it the most popular model in the rental market. With a larger capacity hydraulic pump it has a little faster cycle time for the commercial-industrial user. |

EXCLUSIVE LOG TRAY
Bachtold Bros. exclusive log tray extends and retracts with the cyclinder.
It carries and holds the log while splitting or brings back the piece you want to split a second time.
Simply split the smaller piece to the operator side of the splitter and let the tray return the large chunk for the next splitting.
Virtually no log is too bulky for a Bachtold splitter to handle with the log tray... a standard feature offered exclusively on horizontal Bachtold log splitters. |

MODEL TRV-26 VERTICAL POSITION
The combination horizontal-vertical splitter gives you the option of splitting smaller logs at waist level, or splitting the large logs by setting them up on the end on the ground.
Both are very durable and fills the niche between a commercial and homeowner unit.
